Love this coffee club, as always exceptional customer service. I only had a toasted sandwich, yet it was still well presented and the Mocha, as always, was lovely. It wasn't too busy for a lunchtime on a Saturday, people you are missing out.
I'm not sure what has happened here, but we weren't greeted with the usual friendly welcoming service that we would expect from a coffee club. The food portions have been significantly reduced (at this coffee club), and the food tasted processed. We ordered the "loaded fries" and for around $27 it was poorly executed, super oily with what tasted like dirty deel fry oil. Same with the chicken and bacon club sandwich, which was a bit tasteless, like a reheated from frozen. Not to mention the tummy ache that came with it. Sadly, this is our second poor experience here, so we will stick to coffee club Bethlehem or Bayfair. It feels like the people running the place don't have the passion necessary for good hospitality. I was on a typical rushed work lunch on a budget, and just needed to fill the gap with my coffee. Piccolo’s were 10/10 They gave be another simple menu for a toastie to pick my fillings which was perfect value for money. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. Grateful, satisfied, reset to go again.
Can’t fault anything. Meal was very enjoyable - presentation. Serving size , cooked perfectly and hot. Great coffee and service spot on. The other Coffee Club franchises would have to up their game to match this cafe.
First time here today, while having my car serviced locally. Very slow service, and no pleasantry from the counter staff. Waited 15mins for a Americano and this is how it arrived! For $6.76 I expected a little more. Shame, as generally Coffee Club is fairly consistent though not here it seems.
We came into cafe today for brunch.Thankyou to the team at the crossing,especially to the waitress Brooke she was very attentive and professional and followed up on our food order and even gave us a complimentary cake slice.Much appreciated
Had a special birthday lunch with family. The worst meals we have ever been presented with at a Coffee Club. We all had seafood, and while the fish was reasonable, the Calamari was disgusting. Could hardly be recognised as such. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Coffee club is actually usually pretty good. I enjoy coming here. Service was lovely, the staff we so nice … but today thought we’d try a thick shake, a regular milkshake is $7.20 and for a thick shake you add $4 to it. So it ended up being an $11.20 “thick shake” in a small cup, and it wasn’t actually that thick. Should’ve bought a milkshake that was cheaper and probably would’ve been just as thick. Everything else I’ve had on the menu is actually really lovely, and yum. Would recommend but stay away from those “thick shakes”
