   Very nice customer service and the fruit chillers are DELICIOUS! Food is mediocre but fine. The desserts look very tasty. Good atmosphere. They have a lot of fun seasonal drinks!

   Just wanted to share my coffee experience. The flavor was truly excellent, really hit the spot. However, the preparation time was a little longer than I anticipated. I also noticed my cup wasn't quite full, it seemed a bit underfilled. Perhaps the barista was having an off day. Overall, the taste made up for the slight inconveniences. I'd order it again.

   Terrible till staff, she missed off something on my partners order and then a separate transaction forget to give me my food. No apology or anything. It wasn’t even busy. I asked for a refund for the food I never received, the food didn’t even look that good and it was expensive.

   Although the staff is lovely (I give 5 for customer service) the food is unfortunately very underwhelming at present. Quality has definitely decreased and there's a lot of space for improvement, giving the benefit of the doubt as understand times are tough but I hope there's some improvement in the future.

   Staff didn't get the order right and it's expensive, tried to get their attention and was ignored, iced mocha and chocolate was watery and ice cream looked over frozen made the drink look curdled. Chocolate cupcake was stale ordered an eggs Benedict, hard bacon but at least eggs and bread was cooked nicely and over all just bad experience.

   Staff were nice and service was fast. The food, however,can be best described as underwhelming. Also, a decent iced chocolate is not just chocolate milk poured over ice cu es with some whipped cream on top.
