   Turned away my family and I on a Thursday night when there was only about 5 people inside for karaoke. My family and I (9 of us) was turned away by the silly bartender because 4 of us only had our Queensland digital license on our phones to show ID. The bartender rudely turned us away saying they don’t take this form of ID but if police pulled me over that form of ID is actually acceptable. All states across the ditch except for northern territory have digital ID and majority venues in nz will accept this form of identification. Tony’s is the first I’ve been turned from being served which made the venue look silly for turning away so many paying customers. Seeing as the venue changers owners so often, Tony’s needed our business more than ever.

   The other girl that is bartending is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately today I had the worst phone call experience. I was just calling to politely ask how many people are in the bar as I have social anxiety, the woman named Jill answered by saying "why don't you come down here and find out." In a very rude tone. I think this was very unprofessional. My brother and I usually come down there and have a jug. I don't think we will be coming here again.

   Bouncer told me about I couldn't come in wearing slides after 6pm in 26°c weather when there was nobody else in the bar on a Thursday. The last time I came in they ran out of my beer.

   I have been drinking there for 5 years or more and one of my friends today said why don't you buy the jug it's the same price as handle so I bought one and was charged the higher price when I asked why I never received the discount price was told I need to buy a shirt l said what shirt he said the Tony shirt so I've drank he for years and never told about this shirt so asked him am I not good enough and how much is the shirt he said they were about $20 they are now 40 so looks like I'm not good enough so I'll drink some were else
