“We walked in at 10am Tuesday morning, the line was almost to the door. We thought this will take forever and almost turned around. We then noticed most of the customers in front of us were going to one large table and the wait to the cashier was quick. Then I thought getting our food and drinks will take forever! Wow, best customer service ever. From the friendly cashier to getting our delicious meals from the kitchen and best Belgian Iced Chocolate yum.”
“People, we have not been in a Starbucks for a long time however if one wants a real, delicious flavored latte coffee in a 16 onz (473ml) Grande cup this is the place! Sure the $7.30 price is up there however it is value for money if one likes their coffee not to mention all their other coffee options & sweet treats. Lovely, friendly, easy to talk to, young ladies as well to add to the experience in a comfortable cafe. Definitely recommend. Steve Franklin Rotorua”

Thee kids food in the party room was really nice. My kid lt me have some hot chips and they were actually really nice. Well done to all the staff working there. Great experience.”
“Excellent gluten-free fish and chips! We all thoroughly enjoyed the batter despite only one of our group being coeliac; it was so light and crispy. The seafood lovers combo was an absolute treat too. We will be back, thank you!”
“Hey Jade! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for helping to find, and then securing a new rental for myself and my family! You made the process seamless right from the expression of interest to the application process, to getting accepted, and picking up the keys - clear and prompt communication, super efficient and top-tier professionalism combined with grace, empathy and the willingness to meet your tenants on a human level makes me feel so grateful that we have you as our property manager - you really know your stuff, and are so patient and tolerant of any questions we have. We love working alongside you and are grateful to have you!”

“Great service from Summit at the Mt Maunganui store. He was just closing up the shop and saw us interested and he let us in. We brought a bed, came with a free headboard and bean bag and super quick delivery. Thanks so much. Definitely recommend big save for beds.”
“Great place to have a coffee and a pie. Service 10 out of 10. Keep the good will up.”
“Great menu, lots of choice with good healthful ingredients. I had the halloumi vegetarian bowl (can’t remember the name of the dish) - it was delicious, with kale, beans, hummus, a fried egg with a gooey yolk. Coffee was strong and chocolatey, tasty. Nice place to set up and work, especially when the sun shines through the big windows. Also they do a special in the mornings - eggs on toast with free coffee”
“Honestly everything tasted great, however me and others were very surprised to see how small the bowl of chips and gravy were for $16. There were literally 20 chips in the bowl which is almost $1 per chip which i think is very unreasonable. Apart from that everything was 11 out of 10.”
“Mount Backpackers has exceptional staff, great rooms, and a nice environment. The thing that matters in hostels are the people, and when me and my friends arrived, we made several connections and met wonderful people. I want to thank everybody for the time in MT BP, and their amazing staff - especially Miles and Brad (G). If you want to make long lasting connections and friends, go there.”

Their time management is on point and the owners, staff and shop is kept clean and tidy. We always leave happy with no complaints. We also appreciate the hard work and long hours put in by the owners.”

“This is our go-to fish shop. We travel from Hastings as it is so much better than the rest (we are super picky about fish). They are always so kind and welcoming, and the takeaways always delicious. Usual order is a fish burger, scoop of chips, snapper/gurnard, and maybe some extra seafood bits. The scallops have been very small recently but apart from that everything is top notch. No room to eat in store but is one of the best takeaways around.”
