Absolutely amazing food, staff and environment. Only my 2nd time being there but it went great. So sorry I couldn't finish my Beef Cheek but it tasted amazing. Thank you all so much, and especially to the lady who served us first, she is so kind. (✿^‿^)

old fashioned tavern. hearty breakfast of mushrooms bacon and doorstop toast. good coffee. meal served in a iron pan which made the meal quite difficult to eat. Was quite soupy, was served with a spoon, but very tasty. very raunchy cocktail list!
We had the rump steak and burgers. The 3 steaks were perfect med/rare and the burger was tender and juicy. All meals were generous. I highly recommend this venue
We had a terrific, friendly, lovely waitress (Sheryl). Enjoyed a very nice lunch. The meat was very tender and cooked to our desired preference. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because in the two different sections of the place, they were playing two different songs, which really competed against each other and was slightly off-putting. But we'd eat there again in a heartbeat, and I have no hesitation in recommending The Station to others.
1st time going there. 1st they got the drinks wrong. Had to wait. Then we had to send 2 plates back. Eggs were seriously undercooked and slimy. Bacon was drenched in oil. We had a vegetarian who didn't want the bacon on her plate, bacon comes out on the plate. Ordered the bacon and waffles, cream was off (even seperated) , smelled horrible. We had to wait ages for the correct orders to come out. What a waste of money.
Free WiFi, delicious food, and over-priced milkshakes - what more could a tourist want? My mother is a local and comes here often. I’ve now been here three times over the last 10 years, and although I didn’t always have a great experience, my recent trip was excellent. Large portions, friendly staff, and tasty food. The free WiFi was a bonus, although I was disappointed how small the milkshake was given the price. I imagine I’ll be back next time I visit my mother.

My most favorite place in Napier. Meal was perfection. Hearty meal. Warm and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend to those wanting good comfort food and a good drink.
Enjoyed the food there, ordered seafood chowder, was really nice. Burger is ok, doesn’t have any vegetables in though. Tacos were nice, squid is very yummy. I really enjoyed my cocktails as well, but I went back the second time, a different bartender made my drink and it wasn’t tasty at all.
