   The 2 girls working today, one having a full blown breakdown not in uniform, utterly an embarrassment to witness unfold. Both working the shift at 3 made fun of a customer before me. Disgusting brats. How embarrassing, that this is what's left to hire. Don't look customer in eyes, rolled eyes, tapping a pen aggressively. Luckily didn't get a more serious reaction from the horror behaviour. Don't send a stupid survey as a reply this will be full of reviews after what I saw today.

   I’ve always had good experiences here, apart from today (28 Sept 2025, 12 pm). One of the baristas (blonde, not wearing a name tag or uniform) was very rude and condescending, and she even got our order wrong. Coincidentally, it was the same barista we were served by a few months ago at Starbucks Brookfield, where she also got our order wrong.

   People, we have not been in a Starbucks for a long time however if one wants a real, delicious flavored latte coffee in a 16 onz (473ml) Grande cup this is the place! Sure the $7.30 price is up there however it is value for money if one likes their coffee not to mention all their other coffee options & sweet treats. Lovely, friendly, easy to talk to, young ladies as well to add to the experience in a comfortable cafe. Definitely recommend. Steve Franklin Rotorua

   Located at the corner of Devonport Road, the café has been refurbished in recent years, giving it a fresh and inviting appearance. While waiting for my car service on a chilly winter day, the sunlight streamed through the windows, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an ice-cold mocha frappuccino and read a wonderful book by a New Zealand author.

   I just visited today ever first time. Lady on service counter was as rude. She was treating well everyone easily but when my friend and I were about to place order she made faces and being rude. I’m not coming this place again. The most unorganised and dirty place. Tables were not clean even. Unhappy from this place. Thanks

   Lovely service from lovely people, genuinely helpful especially for someone who has an allergy to certain products. Instead of disregarding or not taking my allergy request seriously, they had a book ready full of ingredients for a particular food item that I could check! Not a lot of cafes have this, sadly.. Good on Starbucks for this!
