   Love the bed we bought almost 2 years ago in July we also bought an L shaped couch and that is great aswel it can be a 3 person bed as well so it's really handy to have when we have guests over.onely down side is the back cushions have lost their shape and we can't get it back to the original shape or even open the cushion covers.

   We had such a great experience with this place! We’d been looking for a couch all day, but no one assisted us in other stores, which was really disappointing. When we went to Big Save, Alex helped us right away and found the perfect couch for us. After purchasing, there was a bit of uncertainty around the collection timeframe for the specific couch we got, but Alex went above and beyond his responsibilities. He stayed in touch with us, went in to work even though he didn’t need to and made a much shorter wait time possible (just 2 weeks instead of 4 months). It really made us feel well looked after. I highly recommend this store.

   My parents purchased a couch through you guys and had nothing but trouble with the delivery. First of all the " truck broke down" then they were delayed. Finally got it delivered late Saturday after - the delivery guys unloaded it in the lounge and left - the couch was still packaged. While they were happy with the product. Maybe check out your delivery options?

   Great service from Summit at the Mt Maunganui store. He was just closing up the shop and saw us interested and he let us in. We brought a bed, came with a free headboard and bean bag and super quick delivery. Thanks so much. Definitely recommend big save for beds.

   Had a really great experience in both stores in Tauranga. Neither salespersons were pushy and were both helpful and friendly. Way better experience than the other stores nearby. Our couch is made to order, so now waiting on delivery.

   It was the case of the Queen bed that never existed with place. I expected far better service from a place like Big Save. I paid for a bed at the end of August, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks...cut to October and still no bed. I never received any updates from the team, and anytime I called asking where it's at, each different staff member I got, didn't seem to have a clue where it was! I decided I had enough of being stuffed around waiting for a bed that got lost in translation and asked for a refund. This in itself took 7 days just to get my money back! Shocking customer service!

   Generally satisfied with this store. We ordered couches and had a long wait (about 6 weeks) before wrong designed arrived. Due to misunderstanding they ordered different style couches. I emailed them straight away and called and they said will review my request and call me back. After over a week of silence I called them again and manager finally answered that they will replace couches within next 4 weeks. New couches arrived in a month and I was happy eventually to get my couches which I wanted after two and a half months. Quality was good on both couches sets.
