Tried several times now, a bit hit and miss with the coffee. A few gluten free sweets and savory dishes. If you have kids they have a playground outside undercover so any weather and tables close so you can see kids playing.
Even though it was busy we still got our food in a timely manner and it was presented so beautifully. The service at the front counter was friendly and so were the wait staff. Well done to you all.
Upon walking into this franchise cafe at mitre 10 gate pa, I am absolutely appalled at the service at this location. Not only were we witness to the owners staff being rude and talking bad in front of other customers. (They were speaking in their own foreign language which never bodes well.) The boss was rude when I witnessed another customer mentioning their own problems. On a bright note, the young ladies working there with blonde and dark brown hair, as I was watching I could not fault their hospitality as I saw them attending to customers with a bright smile on their faces and would stop to chit chat. Which in my opinion helps in the business sector!
When you enter a cafe first, the aroma of coffee should surround the space. Second, the atmosphere should be good. Third, coffee must taste good. This cafe passed!! It's a pass. Even the dessert food ordered as a side is really delicious. So, I introduce this cafe to my friends. Of course, I also come often when the time is right.
Wow! What a great Cafe! Just the best Customer service! The Food we ordered arrived fast and delicious! My scallop and bacon salad had 6 whole scallops on it and was absolutely delicious! The music was great and the atmosphere very relaxing! But honestly go try the scallop and bacon salad! Thanks Team.. We will definitely be back! Tumeke Nga Mihi Shona
A really clean environment with a fun under 5s playground within eyeshot and lots of tables. Very friendly service, large wait on coffees on this busy Saturday morning, but worth it as they have Almond Breeze and gave me two free coffees for my birthday! Excellent cold water tap that the kids could go back and forward to. Reasonable cabinet prices. Fab for me and the kids while hubby looked for grass seed in mitre10!
We walked in at 10am Tuesday morning, the line was almost to the door. We thought this will take forever and almost turned around. We then noticed most of the customers in front of us were going to one large table and the wait to the cashier was quick. Then I thought getting our food and drinks will take forever! Wow, best customer service ever. From the friendly cashier to getting our delicious meals from the kitchen and best Belgian Iced Chocolate yum.
