βThe house was clean and well kept. I loved the espresso machine in the kitchen! The living room and kitchen are both large and the house is large enough to comfortably fit 4 or 5 people for the night.β
βJust love this wee cinema, perfect size, great coffee and the guy there is so lovely! Best experience , can't wait to go againβ
βThe plants arrived in excellent condition. There were no broken stems, and the plants' leaves and flowers were fully intact. They are clearly strong specimens, entirely free of weeds, and perfectly hydrated. Each plant, with its excellent root system, is ready to be planted straight into the ground. I highly recommend their delivery service.β
βVery nice building. Plenty of access points. Went there for my daughter's graduation. Great views from the mezzanine floorβ
βSix cinema rooms, good size, lots of seats. The premises were clean. The building is beautiful. Good selection of movies. Clean toilets.β
βGood atmosphere! A great spot for a casual team meetup, hanging out with friends or even a date night! The cafe gets pretty packed after 6pm. Paid parking available right next door and on the roadsideβ
βGreat for kids of all ages. They have a toddler time on Saturday morning from 9 -10 am which is great for the little ones. I also often go on a Wednesday afternoon when it's quiet. Great price and no extra charge for parents when supervising little ones. You do need grippy socks which they sell there.β

βAbsolutely amazing views. This place is amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Will prefer this place to stay if visit Dunedin area again.β
βWe stopped into the Reading Cinemas on the Octogon yesterday. It was a good day for catching a movie. We were at the afternoon session so it wasn't busy and we pretty much had the cinema to ourselves. The service was excellent. We had a light lunch and the usual popcon for the movie. Very comfy seats in the premium theatre our movie screened in. The cinema and foyer areas were really clean and tidy. Overall was an awesome cinema experience!β
βGreat communication from placing order to delivery including day they will deliver as we have locked gates. System works perfectly every time. Regards Kevinβ
The Baaa Sports Bar & Grill delivers a simple, bistro-style offering thatβs straight to the point. Service stays present without fuss. Wait times are contained even when busy. A sensible spend for the quality.
βI definitely loved this place, the food is amazing, the staffs are nice and they have live music.β
βIt's got a nice garage theme, but not uncomfortably. Tyre tread on walls, giant screw driver, nice mechanic theme. It's quite unique.β
βVery nice receptionist who allowed me to check in before the norm check in time and specifically did up the bed to accommodate me. Cheers for that. Nicely done up bathroom which is impressive. So far the only bathroom with heating rod to keep the hand towels dry. Rooms are spacious w a mobile heater which warm up the room. Lots of storage beneath, on the side and a panel inside the pod to keep some necessities. Extra storage near the receptionist upon request. Super impressed by the Japanese receptionist who even help carry luggage to the room.β
βWe're spending a few days bouncing around south South Island, New Zealand, and as a North American who now lives in this wonderful, I am VERY AWARE of how kiwis love to slip beets into everything. So I am wary. Watchful. Borderline suspicious. However, we had a fantastic dinner at Vault 21 and very little of that was due to the delightful lack of beets. Allyson was our server and a total joy. She helped us navigate some shared dishes while also ensuring my dinner partner and I got a bit of the stuff we liked (but the other might not). Pierogies were great, fried not boiled, and just melted across your tongue. Lamb was very tender. The sliders awesome and thankfully not those messy types that turn you into a BBQ-slathered freak where you end up with bits of napkin confetti all over your face, waving brown-papered hands as you beg your server for wet wipes or damp bath towels. And a huge order of fries! Very tasty and the bowl was as big as your head. Awesome. Had all sorts of dinners and lunches this past week, but so far, Vault 21 tops them all. Highly recommended.β
βI was very impressed with Raj during my visit. He was extremely supportive, answered all of my questions clearly, and showed great professionalism. His customer service made my experience smooth and pleasant. Iβm truly impressed and grateful for his help!β
βFantabulously delicious cocktails. More people need to know about this hidden gemβ
βGreat koru lounge. Good food, lots of room & not crowded (like the Auckland one).β
βJaycar Dunedin is perfectly located on SH1 as you come into the city, open seven days a week. Free on-street parking makes it an easy stop, whether youβre stocking up for your next electronics or 3D printing project, or just browsing for a new hobby. The store is impressively well stocked, carrying a wide range of the latest tech, gadgets, and toys. Youβll find 3D printers, drones, RC cars and boats, speakers for both home and car, computer supplies for office setups, single-board computers, home automation devices, and plenty more. Staff are consistently friendly and approachable, with the knowledge to offer solid advice and practical tips. making sure your visit is both productive and worthwhile. For 3D printing and electronics enthusiasts, this is easily the best spot in Dunedin to get what you need. If youβre short on time, you can order online and pick up in-store, but if youβve got time to wander, the range of products will keep you intrigued. Verdict: A must-visit for makers, tinkerers, and anyone curious about technology, convenient, reliable, and packed with inspiration.β
βThe meals are Fabulous, tasty and good size. Super attentive and Friendly staff. Pokie machines are fun to play. The decor is stunning and beautiful too.β
βFab food and great atmosphere, a+ service.β
β1000% My new favourite place to eat... Staff is very friendly and the Kim Jong Un colouring pictures were very satisfying to use. Loved the atmosphere/aesthetic of the place. Not many restaurants go for a "Decrepit Dungeon" sort of feel but I like the change :) Another awesome feature which separates the experience of Chen's Food Court from other boring restaurants is the wide variety of meals. My personal favourite meal is the "Mystery Meat", though there are also options for vegetarians such as "Fresh Moss" or "Black Mold". Overall, definitely a 10/10 dining experience and you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be eating here again!β
