   This Air New Zealand Lounge is actually like all other NZ lounges I‘ve already been to. I still like the modern design and there‘s a buffet and a beverage station. I was satisfied with the selection of beverages, but the food leaves much to be desired. The staff was really friendly. It was a relaxed place to wait and it wasn‘t too crowded either.

   I love AIR NZ,... However do not go to this longe for the food or if you are less than 90min for your flight. The kick you out 1hr before your flight, food is the worst of all Koru longest,... I don't understand. #elitememberanddontknowwhy

   Much better lounge than most. Great staff, tasty food and deserts. Coffee is so-so, but I'll take good food over barista coffee any day, and the food here is great compared to other airport lounges. Far, far, superior to Auckland. I have never been disappointed having to wait in the Dunedin lounge.

   It maybe a regional lounge but it was beyond expectation. There is a nice spread of food including sandwiches, desserts and hot items including a soup. Coffee is from a coffee machine. While the lounge doesn't have views of the tarmac, it offers views of the surrounding hills which can be quite scenic. More impressive is the service at the lounge. The Duty Manager of the lounge, Debbie and the station manager, Mark were very helpful and friendly. Debbie is proactive in helping the passengers from checking what time is check-in open to helping passengers check in their luggages as well as introduce what is available at the lounge and is proud of her work as well. It was exceptional.

   Very good. Food selection standard for a regional lounge, but all fresh. Visited during covid-19 level 2 so staff under the pump serving customers, but staff super friendly. Stunning views of the hills
