   Two separate customers were after a Brass monkey portable fridge on Special. However that particular model was sold out at the Dunedin store. The middle aged sales man could not be bothered to open the box to show the first customer the next size down model until the second customer repeated the request. He unwillingly opened the box. Both customers decided it was too small and asked if their was any price movement on the size up from the Special model. A straight no and he just walked away. We then researched and found out we could still order the Special mid size fridge online at Free shipping, which we did. Only the other customer did know. What bad service! The sales consultant could have let us know or even ordered it for both parties online. Instead he lost 2 sales!
