Doesn't matter is you bottle still half full, they charge you the total volume of it even if they just fill half.
I arrived at the Hillside Rd office with a perished washer on my gas hose. Bunnings/M10 Mega couldn't help me, the friendly, obliging staff not only found the correct washer for my hose, a guy fitted it on the spot and the most delightful part of this visit was, they did it for free! Time consuming if you are using them for business. Repeated calls to request gas bottles, yet no delivery. Sometimes no answer at all. When you finally get someone they don't really care.
Great communication from placing order to delivery including day they will deliver as we have locked gates. System works perfectly every time. Regards Kevin
It’s been 10 days since I ordered replacement gas bottles, and I still haven’t got hot water or gas for cooking. Their excuse was it’s winter? Isn’t that what happens every June? When I call I’m on hold for over 30 minutes. Under staffed? Insufficient supply of gas bottles? No idea what their problem is but it’s absolutely shocking! I would never recommend Rockgas to anyone!
Genesis couldn’t deliver gas as promised got mucked around by them a call to rock gas and bottles delivered in 2 hours fantastic service A+++

good price for 45kg bottle refill. the islander lads were really fast and friendly. no mucking around. the yard 2 way drive through is a bit screwy. needs to be one way only as hillside road is a nightmare.
A fantastic service all year round. They deliver in a timely manner from when I ordered the new bottle on their app which is only 2 clicks and it's ordered, to installation of the bottle.
Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Friday, same week. No hassles, simple to do all on the app.. Delivery guy is cheerful, chatty and doesn't mind my Staffie welcoming him, he knows he's no trouble. Everything efficiently completed in about 5 minutes, go to whoa. This is how stuff should be done.
