No clear instructions on how the pool system worked. Payed upon entry and got chased out the door to pay snd forced to pay again. Being told were trying to run out on our bill. Over priced pool tables and loud & intruding atmosphere, will not return. pretty humiliating :/
Awesome atmosphere good vibes to hang out, play some rounds of pool with Whanau and and friends. Got a stocked bar, toilet up stairs car parks outside 2 min walk to Octagon.

Good atmosphere! A great spot for a casual team meetup, hanging out with friends or even a date night! The cafe gets pretty packed after 6pm. Paid parking available right next door and on the roadside
One of the best pool parlours I ever been to. They have a large number of tables and you will get a table anyway. I have been to this place many times and the service is always good. They have many type of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, snacks and food. The atmosphere is so cool as it doesn’t fill with cigarette smoke etc. No funny people around and you won’t get disturbed by anyone. It is a cool place to spend your evening with the mates.
Great facilities, had a good night in the pool bar but they shut off drinks too early, the tall prick running the show needs to pull his head in. Coming into our rooms unannounced saying he was going to take alcohol that wasn’t being drank, we understand there is rules but the man needs to back off, made the night rather unenjoyable. It’s a hostel not the ritz
Hadn’t been to this place for at least 20 years. Nothing has changed. A good honest pool hall. Was happy to for us to have our kids there. Legends. 8pm was R18. Prefect.
What a place! Really good selection of beers on tap and at an amazing price as well. Huge selection of beverages in the fridge also. Really enjoyed hitting some balls around on the vintage tables listing to some of Hank Williams greatest hits.
A great place to just come and play pool. Heaps of tables. Drinks and snacks available too. Always have a good time.
Had not been here before and was very happy with the place. Great service and the location was well setup and comfortable. They had beer on tap and other drinks
