The shop is beautifully set out, it feels relaxed and open (which is really appreciated for someone like me with social anxiety). The range of jewellery is incredible! There is absolutely something for everyone and at really good prices! But it's definitely the staff that make it such a great store. They are approachable and friendly, they don't make you feel rushed, and they aren't pushy. I just had a stacked helix done today and Lenny my piercer was fantastic. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. “Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant).
