    Hey I hate to leave such a negative review but on Wednesday 12 Nov 2025 I went into lovisa around lunchtime and wandered around for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted. The girl instore continued stocking shelves even when I was trying to look at the product she was stocking. The shop assistant blatantly and rudely ignored me, not even a “hey guys how’s it going” or “sorry guys I’ll get out of your way!”. Nothing. No smile, no greeting, no money spent. IK it’s cheap but try harder

    I came in today and I had this lovely lady named rongo(sorry if I spelt her name wrong), she came up to me and spoke to me as soon as I walked into the door this has never happened in the past when I have come into this store but I appreciate that she came up to me and made me feel special. she was so beautiful and special she helped me with my shoping experience and she was so kind . she really made me feel welcome and really makes me want to come back and I will be coming back and I hope I get to be served by her. I appreciate the service very much thank you

    Got my ears and cartridge pierced here. Really fantastic service. She was all alone so had to rotate between me and other shoppers. Thoroughly explained everything and ensured the most sterile piercing station possible. Complete change of gloves and sanitation of every surface. Made sure to give me all the information when I was anxious and put extra into ensuring that the peircings were even. The jewelry here is cute too with plenty of hypoallergenic options. Way better than the riccarton store

    Went in today at around midday and got pretty rude service. I was having trouble with my phone so I was distracted and the employee seemed to get irritated and annoyed really quickly. Not sure if she was just having a bad day
