Went in here over the school holidays to chose out a new charm for my bangle. We had 4 kids with us. No one served us even though there was a sales assistant clearly available. Ended up going to northlands to purchase.
Holly Dearlove was amazing. She made two sisters very happy with their purchases of chains with sister charms. She wasn't pushy and gave us options. Fantastic service. We will happily shop there again. Thank you Holly.
I always have a 5 star time with Holly, she make me so conformable. As she is a great sale person by being able to show you things and give her opinion without taking over, or telling you your opinion is wrong. Holly is great as she always greets you when you enter, even if she is currently serving someone else. This is why I always ring to check she is on before we make the drive in from the country; Especially as I have not had the same experience with other team members who are not as approachable, friendly or polite.
Just wanted to give 10/10 to Shweta for the customer service. We were there for a weekend from Auckland..she was patient , very friendly and had lots of suggestions for us.. My daughter forgot her soft toy in her shop , and she managed to locate us in town after 15 mins or so and give it to us. I recommend everyone in Christchurch city to visit this store ..im sure you will be well looked after
I have been to this store today and the experience from the staff was adorable. 10/10 on thier customer service. The young lady who served us 'KACEY' was so lovely and patient with us. I had the most amazing experience in store today with both the staff who was working there. May more customers could recieve the same from you guys. Thank you so much for making my day guys.
I came into the store on Friday this week and was “helped” by a young man. I noticed that my charm I got a few weeks ago had already started to tarnish and had a couple of scratches on it. Keep in mind, I would not have gone in the store if I did not think I was eligible for it to be exchanged under the 2 year warranty. The man proceeded to tell me that he did not know what to do with me. Then, I was informed by him to go to a different store so they could sort out the issue instead. As I was about to leave, he gave me a warranty booklet and told me to read it myself. Personally, I think that was silly considering I do not work there. It is obvious that working at Pandora would require staff to know about their warranty policies rather than telling the customer to figure it out themselves. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience as I am usually helped efficiently in other stores.
