“I purchased a ring a week ago & it wasn't my style so I called & they were happy for me to exchange it.. it was a very beautiful ring but the style wasn't practical.. when I came in today with my son,  the sales person Frazer was very patient while I picked another style.. the service was excellent & I even got a discount.. the ring is very beautiful & suits my other rings.. thankyou for taking the time to help.. 10 out of 10! After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant).
