   I would give this establishment a zero-star review. The service was subpar. I dropped two sentimental rings to be turned into a men’s bracelet. The rings would be sent off-site, which was not communicated. This was a problem when I decided not to proceed. When I attempted to retrieve the rings, I was told they would be returned once they arrived, but there was no timeframe. Additionally, the quoted price was excessively high. After obtaining a second quote from another jeweller, I discovered the work quoted was $800 more expensive than the second jeweller.

We strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.    Recommended by a friend...friend upset now...took my mothers rings in to have sapphire replaced (and bridges as recommended) in one ring, and diamond replaced in second ring. Second ring...within 48 hours diamond replaced fell out...very compliant to replace but telling me design of ring at fault...design fault or not, why did you not tell me on initial consultation? 24 hours wearing and once again...diamond fell out...again...considering consumer rights, won't be returning.

   I visited Warren Agencies to get a new battery for a wrist watch. This was my first visit to this incredible place, after being a resident of Christchurch for over 22 years. While they were getting the new battery installed, I had a look around in the shop. What a treasure grove this. So many items, so much colour, so much variety. It is heartening to see that such shops do exist in our communities, while the overall trend is going the other way.

   picked up my ring ( very sentimental, left to me from my late mother) it was there to get the claws replaced around a garnet. got out to my car after collecting and noticed the garnet in a plastic bag stapled to the paper bag with a note saying " garnet fell apart on removing. always a risk with softer stones" problem is, no one warned me this was a risk in replacing a claw. no one phoned me to tell me it broke. no one told me when I picked up the ring. went back in to question it( was visibility upset) and felt totally unheard and no offer for solution. I was told " your lucky it didn't get swept up with the rubbish on the jeweler's floor" and "at least you still have her gold" what a horrible thing to say when they knew my mum had passed away!! They lady is the rudest person I have met in a business. Really upset and feel totally let down. terrible communication. the ring means so much to me and now it is a totally different ring to me.
