   DO NOT SHOP HERE Got quoted to 1-2 shank 3 rings - 2 claws $1030.00. Accepted this quote and got told would be a couple of days - 2 weeks later a call to say now $3000.00. Now taken them to a jewellery shop in CHCH for original $1000.00. These were needed for a special occasion and feel very let down by this shop. Try shop local what a joke.

   I have an Invicta watch my partner gave me on an overseas holiday. In a stupid accident i crushed the strap and it wasn’t right. I took it in here to fix it twice. They did it free of charge! The reason they couldn’t fix it was the metal clasp had a hairline crack. Then the clasp snapped off, and I took it in the other day and got a metal strap actually better looking and fitting than the old one. And a quick search on line told me their price was very very good. Nothing was a problem. I was sort of pleased to finally pay them for all my visits, but it you want a good experience I’d say try here.

   I had the most terrible experience as a consumer. I took a ring in to get a price to have it redesigned. I had the receipt for my ring. After many weeks they got in touch with me with 2 quotes but no ring. I then advised that the quotes were out of my price bracket. I then had to send another email saying could I please have my ring returned and I would pick it up. In the meantime a very vindictive ex partner went in and picked up the ring and they gave it to him without my knowledge. He had no receipt and lied to them that I said I had asked him to pick it up. When I told them they had no right to give it to him when it was my own personal ring and I had the receipt they rushed off to the police and emailed me back to say that the police said they had done nothing wrong. NOTHING WRONG - unbelievable. They just didn't want to know about the wrongful handing over of my $7,000 ring. Please people be wary this is a very unethical business who don't take ownership of their wrong doings or mistakes.
