   I went in later today and the staff are so lovely. They are friendly and let you take your time shopping but are helpful when you need. Despite it being Christmas season and long shifts their customer service and patience is amazing. All of the jewellery is perfect quality and has a good price range for everyone. I have to say it’s the best jewellery shop in the mall.

   Always an amazing experience at Stewart Dawsons West Field! Whether you are looking for elegant jewllery for everyday wear or you are after high end and fine jewllery, diamonds or watches for special occasions, they have a great collection of all! As for SAM, he is very knowlegabe, professional and is always ready to help. You can rest assured that he will give you the best advice even if he is not making money out of you! Other than that he is probably the nicest person you can deal with! He remembers his previous clients that even when you are passing by on the outside of the store , he notices you and waves at you! He is such a cheerful person and both me and hubby love to chat with him and leave the store with a smile on our faces. This is a store that we will always come back to ..thanks to Sam :)

   We used to live in New Zealand, and I bought some jewelry from the store not knowing what would happen in the future. And what happened is: the hooks of my earrings fell apart! Yes, they turned into golden dust. I contacted the store but was told that the earrings were too old and that they are not going to help. Here is a warning: the quality of some jewelry is unbelievably low and in a few years from your purchase you might find a pile of dust in your jewelry box. Another one: don’t' bother to complain, they will say that your jewelry is old hence is fell apart. And no apologies!

   Stuart dawsoms at Westfield shopping mall in riccarton are amazing! They go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want, I specifically wanted a teal sapphire with diamonds each side, 18ct gold band and platinum setting, I picked a style I liked and they had my ring specially made for me and wow I'm obsessed! The different colours she throws and especially in the sunlight. No wonder the store manager was so excited when it was ready for us. Thankyou so much, we will be back for our wedding rings
