“Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). Overall 11/10 experience. Thanks so much. I will definitely be looking out on your online store for the next shopping spree. Xx”

“This is one of my favourite stores in Canterbury to find lovely pieces of clothing and beautiful homewares and gifts. They have constantly changing stock and wonderful helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you find those special pieces. They are great at couriering things if I can’t pay a visit but it is fun to drive out to Rangiora and have lunch in a cafe afterwards with a girlfriend when I have time.”

“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

“Funky exhibition show casing Andrea du Chatenier was on. Beautiful gallery space and Caroline was super friendly and welcoming. A variety of works was on show from various artists in the smaller room and plenty to see if you're into jewelry, check out in the drawers, it's like a scavenger hunt.”
