“Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

“I have purchased three machines ( at separate times) from Biesse, and I can confidently say the experience has exceeded my high expectations. I did extensive research before each purchase, and Biesse consistently came out on top, not just for their machinery, but for what really matters long term: exceptional service and support. Their parts turnaround is fast and reliable, and their team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. It’s clear they’re not just focused on making a sale, they genuinely back their product and stand behind their customers. For us, Biesse isn’t a one-off supplier. It’s an ongoing partnership, and a key part of how we deliver precision and quality at scale.”

“Dealt with a guy named Dylan at the trade counter, very professional said he would ring suppliers up on the Monday as I came in on the weekend to find out product availability, he promptly rang on the Monday to advise me of cost, I was not in and forgot about it he rang again the next day to follow up, on talking he ordered the part and rang when it was in, lovely guy, very friendly and gave what I would call old world service, highly recommend, fast, efficient and on to it.”

“Upon recommendation, I contacted Concept Kitchen to install a new kitchen. From the initial introduction with Nancy the kitchen designer, the whole process was according to plan and the target date was achieved. I have found Nancy's customer service and design skills totally commendable. She has been attentive to the clients requirements and gives appropriate advice. She is fully communicative and reliable. When there was a problem, she promptly attended to the issue and this was promptly fixed. I am a happy client and can fully recommend Concept Kitchen from my experience. Nancy does Concept Kitchen proud.”

“Amazing service by the team at Zegna Auckland. Totally professional and very sensitive to personal needs and requirements. Nikolai the store manager is a real gentleman and this ethos flows down through his staff. It’s a very rare quality to be able to juggle multiple clientele and make each and every person feel individual and special. Thanks! Cam.”

“Love the boys, great range of booze, workers probably know me too well haha. I will say they need to fix their system so it automatically recognises discounts & promotions as sometimes in the past when the product is scanned I have to correct on the price, but no worries.”

“Staff here are great, sometimes I'll grab a snack for my daughter (toddler) here when I take her to the Park and they are always patient with her, great community vibes. They also helped me out with a jump start/jumper cables when my car had a flat battery”
