We visited your store today were very disappointed with the service from your sales person. She sat at her desk no interest in customer whatsoever so we left store feeling if this is service no wonder people are buying on line.
Dealt with a guy named Dylan at the trade counter, very professional said he would ring suppliers up on the Monday as I came in on the weekend to find out product availability, he promptly rang on the Monday to advise me of cost, I was not in and forgot about it he rang again the next day to follow up, on talking he ordered the part and rang when it was in, lovely guy, very friendly and gave what I would call old world service, highly recommend, fast, efficient and on to it.
Went in today. One lady yelled out a friendly hello and stayed on phone whole time. Other woman right in front at reception didn’t bother looking up and while walking around whole showroom for ten minutes neither asked us for help. Woman at front desk never even bother acknowledging us the whole time .Why have someone of that nature in your business?We just walked out. Needed approx 30 k worth of product that you just lost

Usually I find this place great but unfortunately a plumber spent almost an hour here getting parts (parts are behind a counter so you have to get a staff member to assist). Be warned if you hire a plumber and they go here for parts be aware that you'll be paying for the person waiting. Yes places are understaffed at the moment but almost an hour to get through a line off professionals who technically know what they are wanting?
The team were friendly any very knowledgeable, I went in with no real idea of what I needed, and left with the perfect solution, And at a great price.
Terrible warranty policy. Reece does not handle warranty on their own. Purchase Methven at their suggestion. Found it leaking about 3 months later. Only way to get warranty is to call Reece, then get directed to Methven, then book a plumber to check it at your place and then may be get warranty fix. Other places sort this out with manufacturers themselves rather than passing thr buck to consumer. Not recommended.
