   Store is close so I've interacted with various staff - I go in for vape stuff. They have received very poor training. None of them have any product knowledge, even if you look the product up beforehand you need to know where it is, because often they don't. They have no idea what they are selling. Once they couldn't find a product in their system and basically had to guess the price - looked it up later and I was overcharged by a few bucks. I've never met anyone knowledgable, if you ask "what is your cheapest vape that fits an 18650 battery" they say "what?" You respond "what is your cheapest vape that accepts a battery" they will try to sell you a vape with a non removable built in battery. I have had multiple similar experiences. They have been friendly enough with me, though (nothing stellar, mind you)
