   The most intensely frustrating company to deal with. Nancy would go days and weeks without responding to my emails. I shouldn’t have to chase someone for a simple job. After three months of difficult and lazy communication, I’m still no closer to getting my pantry and have given up. I would avoid this company and go with somewhere that actually values their customers.

   The service was frustrating. It turns out the measurement and design were done by two different people. The designer didn't even come to the site; the design was discussed entirely via email.

   Very poor work ethic, poor customer service, left rubbish everywhere, damaged the wall, hard to contact and shocking service. Stay far far far away from this company. 0 stars if I could.

   Upon recommendation, I contacted Concept Kitchen to install a new kitchen. From the initial introduction with Nancy the kitchen designer, the whole process was according to plan and the target date was achieved. I have found Nancy's customer service and design skills totally commendable. She has been attentive to the clients requirements and gives appropriate advice. She is fully communicative and reliable. When there was a problem, she promptly attended to the issue and this was promptly fixed. I am a happy client and can fully recommend Concept Kitchen from my experience. Nancy does Concept Kitchen proud.

   Beware!!! We got Concept Kitchens to do a $350 repair job and their installer forgot to put the washing machine outlet hose back into the pipe, so our laundry flooded causing $4,000 worth of damage. Now the company won’t even have a conversation about it. They will not put me through to whoever is in charge to discuss. Poor!!
