Never picks up the phone for technical support, they even have ended the call on me multiple times. Worst experience ever, their machines are amazing but the support is lackluster better tk go with jacks imo as they are way better in terms of support.
I have purchased three machines ( at separate times) from Biesse, and I can confidently say the experience has exceeded my high expectations. I did extensive research before each purchase, and Biesse consistently came out on top, not just for their machinery, but for what really matters long term: exceptional service and support. Their parts turnaround is fast and reliable, and their team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. It’s clear they’re not just focused on making a sale, they genuinely back their product and stand behind their customers. For us, Biesse isn’t a one-off supplier. It’s an ongoing partnership, and a key part of how we deliver precision and quality at scale.
I would most definitely not recommend buying biesse machines. I had 3 of them cnc, edgebander and drilling machine. Buying these machines has been the worst decision in my 20 years in this business. Not only are the machines poorly build with low quality components that keep breaking down but the service support is shocking. Numerous times they have sent service tech whom they just hired that had 0 experience or knowledge and would ask me for user manual for the machine.
