   Need to learn your consumers guarantee act rules. By failing to display signage of added costs you have breeched our rights. Don't make excuses of why it's not displayed, the first rule of thumb in retail is to advertise changes. Arrogant manager who didn't want a $800 sale, instead showed us the door, after trying to charge me an extra $27 because we wanted to use laybuy. Sorry dude can't do that if you haven't advertised the fact.

   I purchased a dryer 5 months ago and now it stopped working called this appliance store to get an update on Dave who Ive been chasing for the last week promised he will get back and did not bother to return my call. Called today as I am now without a dryer especially during the winter period. Was really helpful when trying to sell the product, and now that a customer is trying to get answers on what the outcome is?? Dave hangs up on me and says appreciate your calls awaiting for Midea to reply.. I call Midea myself and a rep apologizes and says they haven't received a request but just to send through the details and will get a technician out- BOOM customer has a response. Utterly disappointed with the service provided by Dave especially being hung up on!! Sometimes the products you buy can have faults etc.. but its the service given after the purchase has been done that disappoints me the most. this dryer was also worth $349.00 so therefore i expect the service i should get - Disappointed all the way!!!!!

   The appliance warehouse and the owners are pretty dodgy there road side advertisement pricing for a 7 kg dryer was $349 let they sold me the same dryer for $499 when queried the Male owner I asked why I was over charged he told I just had to suck it!!!! Then told me because of his age that he was dumb and did know how to refund money that had been paid in good faith and was very aggressive and stood over me in my personal space... I have a audiobook file of the encounter at the store that will be held as evidence for any future prosecutions and photos available if needed. I have only put 1 star just to do a review really should be no stars.

   The gentleman who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a spare part which he didn't have, he went out the back and found a secondhand one which did the trick. Great service.
