   I have shopped at this dairy for over 35 years, and had a wonderful experience with all the owners who were absolutely part of the community. Today I was treated to a display of truly horrible service from the young man who has been working there part time for a while now. Instead of telling me a little patience would help and that I am rude, and that it is quite busy, maybe think about serving your customers equally, noticing who OUT OF THE 3 CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP came in in which order, and instead of saying I should have spoken up, which I did but you paid no attention. Shame after all these years that you have upset me so much that I will never buy from this store again. Neither will my husband, and I am sure neither will the many friends I am going to tell this account to.

   There is a female staff that shouldnt be working there as she is so rude with the costumers. The worst experience I have ever had here in New Zealand. She should learn how to talk with the customers.

   To the person below me PRIME IS NOT BANNED IN THIS COUNTRY. If you read the ingredients you would see that it full of amino acids and vitamins. It's so expensive because it's produced in the US which means they have to pay for not only an incredibly sought after product but they have to pay impor taxes aswell. They can only get it in small amounts so to maximize their profit they charge that price. I've been going to the dairy for years and I've never had a bad experience.

   I was only grabbing a couple items and the man behind the counter was being hilarious. he was super friendly and welcoming. he was welcoming and talking to absolutely everyone who entered. awesome.

   Really rude server. White guy, long hair, beard. I walked in and said hey how’s it going and he ignored me while watching something on his phone and scanned the item without saying anything. Abysmal customer service.

   There is a female staff member there who is incredibly rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional in her manner. We felt very unwelcome, and after looking at other reviews it's clear this experience was not a one-off. I recommend avoiding this dairy if at all possible.

   Lady behind the counter is super rude and very hypocritical of the store to say that people need to wear their masks however she has a mask on her chin!!
