   Extremely disappointed with the terrible bouquet received. Total misrepresentation of the product ordered on line and what was actually delivered. Advertising photo showed approx 25 blooms, recipient received 10. And received a "with sympathy" card for a congratulations bouquet. Tried to follow up with Petals Network who were no help at all and used a standard "cut and paste" response to concerns; tried to contact the florist by phone several times and the number appears to be non existent. Very poor customer service and very over priced and under delivered. =(

   Found this store through Google after looking for two bouquets our friends graduation. I don't normally write reviews but I was truly impressed with what I got, the bouquets were beautiful and really reasonably priced. I did purchase flowers in stores around the CBD previous for others but have only returned to this store ever ever since, and have impressed everytime. We even had strangers in OGGB come up to us and ask us where we got our flowers and took pictures using our bouquets. Will be returning for sure.
