   Have come here for years and slowly, I’ve noticed the tall guy with glasses acts like I’m nothing to worry about. Didn’t think much of it until I saw him be genuinely nice to other customers, but not me. Everytime I’ve gone in there the last few months he rings me up like I’m wasting his time, and sighs rolls his eyes and is overall just rude and ungrateful. I’ve been a customer for years. No longer, I go down the bottle o and the service is actually good. Disgraceful. Will never step foot in your terrible shop again. Place is a tip anyway and I’m pretty sure they break the conditions of their license constantly. Don’t be so rude to your regular customers!

   I’m a regular customer but forgot my passport, came in today and told the counter that the other store said they can sell me, yet told me to go back and ask them to text him. Why can’t you just text each other instead of me going back and forth on such a sunny and hot day!

   Just getting in touch regarding the service provided last night around 9pm by an employee at northcote road black bull liquor. Firstly, It was so hard to communicate with him as he seemed to not know what cocktail meant. He was disrespectful and instead of showing a good customer service, he just stood there being unhelpful. This is the second time this has happened at the black bull liquor store at 54 northcote road, northcote. It’s either the employees there are unaware of liquor knowledge or as last nights experience, disrespectful. The reason why I had to get in touch to inform is that I had many experiences in places with employees who have a standard of communicating and keeping the customers happy when leaving but on leaving black bull liquor store, it’s unsatisfactory compared to other liquor stores where I never encountered such issues. I am sure black bull liquor is a known liquor store that does care about its customer services and not just the products sold. The purpose of this information is to at least get the employees a proper training on liquor knowledge and customer service to treat customers with respect.
