From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. When she couldn't locate it, she seamlessly guided me through other options, her helpfulness never faltering. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she asked if I was a member. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. The girls Mia, Caitlin & Nadine was so patient with me asking to looking at all different options and taking their time to explain the jewelery and help me wittle my options down to the perfect one. I then had them offer to take my option down to the local cobbler to ensure it would be suitable to engrave.. I'm usually a Michael Hill customer.. but after visiting this store and the girls.. safe to say I won't be going anywhere else as their customer service was just outstanding.
