   Thanks Richard and Chris. We will keep coming back. You listen, you are a professional team. After 4 months of 'diagnostics' with Toyota NZ with our 2020 79 Series, they closed the case blaming the ECU. You found the fault in 90 minutes, and had the truck sorted and back on the road. A hole in the air hose SERIOUSLY you would this Toyota would have found that! Keep up the awesome work. Thanks for all the support during our saga.

   Quoted $295-$395 to fit band expander, thought that was quite high. Booked in anyway, they had the car for a whole day. Told they had found a cut wire on the aerial and that would cost between 100-200. Also they had not done any other work. I had to re-book so they could order the expander! I said I was not happy with the cost, he said the wire had an internal core etc and was very difficult. I paid the bill for the examination $103.00. Such a rip off, we got a joiner for $4.00 spoke to another person in a reputable company who is going to supply and fit for $100 and we fixed the wire for $4.00

   I've had 3 dealings with this business and have had 3 "issues", it can no longer be a once-off. Latest one I asked for an estimate and was told that to fit 2 sets of Anderson Pole Clams, which I provided myself as they didn't stock them, on some 20cm (approx) length of cable would cost $60. I thought that was pretty expensive, but my DIY skills suck, so went ahead with it. When I told him I'd been quoted $60 we said something like oh yeah, my mistake. Typed some stuff on the computer and then said it's $60 labour and with parts and GST it's $88. Previous 2 visits there also resulted in some "misunderstandings" and then blaming it on someone or something else. Pity it's taken me 3 visits to realise, but I won't be back there!
