   I have been to this shop before and purchased some shirts. I Came back to look for some shoe’s. Dealt with an older female staff member. I have never dealt with a person in customer service that was so rude and argumentative. Everything I said was met with a sharp tongue of disagreement. Half the time I really didn’t ask for her two cent opinion either. Yet I had to somehow receive it. Honestly to that Lady, you don’t belong in customer service. You really need to calm down and watch what you say to clients. I went to Auckland CBD “Floreshiem” and was treated with respect and like a paying customer. I Won’t ever step a foot back into your shops.

   The service was vile. I went to inquire about a suit, I knew my size and the lady was forcing other sizes on me and trying to persuade me to look at things of no interest to me. Owners should get rid of staff and employ people that listen to customers.

   Hayley and her team know customer service. After purchasing my wedding suit from them, I got home and realised I needed a tie. No hesitation to send me photos of various ties against the jacket/shirt combo. I’ve bought various shirts, pants and sweaters. Quality clothing. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

   What a disaster. Walk in to buy a couple of suits that I saw online. Liked two of them but the guy wouldn’t let me choose the ones that actually fit me. Says I have to buy a “set”. So basically the blazer that fit me, the trouser of that “set” was a bit tight on the legs and waist so I ask for a bigger size. Gets me a bigger size trouser, but tells me I can’t buy it. I must buy a fitting blazer paired with tight pants that don’t fit or buy an oversized blazer with pants that fit. $1000 worth suits and then recommends me to buy them and go upstairs to get it altered that would cost me a further $600 to alter if I were to get the blazers reopened and restitched (as checked with the alteration place). What an absolute shame.

   Went there this morning and had a good shopping experience. Store was not full and the sales girl guided me through the whole process. A great variety of shirts and other accessories make this shop a mandatory stop for those in need of a decent style. Online shopping has great prices, however the physical store presents more options and the last up to date fashion. Worth a visit!

   Being an admirer of a quality shirt wether it be professional and sharp or flamboyant and colourful made with superior quality cotten fabrics I have found 3 wise men shirts to be simply fantastic. The service from the New Market store is personable and warm with wonderful specials regularly being seen in the store. Being the happy owner of 15 shirts I am now thrilled to have purchased my first suit and it has met my expectations after being assisted by the kind store representative who made sure I found the right size. Thrilled! Thanks and highly recommended.
