   For some reason always adamant to not honor monthly promotion inline with Thirsty liquor marketing online. Usually completely taken off guard when we say the item is on special online and refuses reduced sale but then honors it.

   Prompt, friendly service. Bought a blue skull pipe at the counter (it matched a blue skull ashtray I recently bought). Got a 4-pack of Pina Colada Mudshakes. Plenty of variety in alcoholic beverages. Would recommend this store.

   I like the old guys who worked here.. They were friendly and have good customer service. These new men working here now looked terrible and have very poor customer services. I always come here but the short big guy always asked for my ID. So rude

   Ordered a bottle of pinot noir through Uber Eats. The wrong bottle of wine shows up - it's a pinot gris. They then try to blame Uber and refuse to send me the bottle of wine I'd ordered. Appalling service and arrogant attitude. P.S: No, Uber has not refunded me as yet. If Uber does, I will update my review and deliver the bottle of wine I do not want and never ordered back to you. Further update: Uber refunded me and I have returned the wine that was delivered incorrectly. But really, the good service was from Uber and not from you guys. Disappointing.

   Warm beer is not ideal after a long days work. Treating my team to a box of beer but thwy were disappointed to say the least about the beer being warm... This has happened in the past too. Not ideal.
