Went here with my wife wile we were away for our anniversary had a amazing time building our bears for each other the experience was amazing and the bears are so cute would definitely go again
The line to the stuffing was a bit long and blocking the way to picking the bears, but I believe this was due to another event happening. The lady stuffing the bears was amazing and very kind. Might be better if the screens were touch screen. But wonderful place and miss 10 was very happy with her bear.
Such a wonderful experience. I got a build a bear for my daughters birthday into which she recorded my father's voice. She misses her grandfather every single day and this is such a lovely gift for her. The whole experience of adding a heart the voice message is magical. It is affordable too unless you go for a lot of accessories. There is a cons8derable amount of wait time as this place is quite popular among kids as well as adults. Thank you build a bear
I wish this place had been around when I was a kid!! Staff here are amazing and seem to be hand selected to deal with children. They were so lovely with the little ones there on what was a very busy day. Attention to the really sweet little details makes this more than just a shopping experience and a cool memory.
Our experience was made extra special thanks to a wonderful staff member named Julianna. She was wonderful and had a lovely manner with our children! She made sure to really include them in the whole experience. Thanks Julianna, you’re a star!
We had a birthday party here for my son. It was a great experience and throughly loved by all that attended. There was a personalised birthday sign at the door on arrival that was a lovely touch. The games we played were fun but the noise here was overwhelming and I feel that a room for birthday parties would be beneficial. We were kind of plonked in the middle of the shop and there was a lot of foot traffic. We were getting stood on and it was hard to hear. That said the staff did so well with the resources they had. We loved the heart ceremony and stuffing our toys. Such a great experience
