   Never shop at Stirling Sports… brought shoes for online for christmas thinking it was uk sizing they sent them to me in the smaller US size, went to exchange them for the next size up and they charged me the price difference of 50% more as I brought them on sale, despite it coming with a refund or exchange form. She said she was doing me a favour exchanging as she didn’t have to. Absolute highway robbery, will never shop here again and suggest everyone avoids the place and shop somewhere that has good customer service

   Excellent customer services received from Karen. Professional, friendly and very helpful. An item was not in store at St Lukes so she arranged to pick it up herself from the Orewa branch (as she works there as well) and drop it off to St Luke’s. Exceptional service. Thank you, Karen.

   I had a fantastic experience shopping for school shoes here. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect shoe. The lady really took the time to ensure we got the right size and style, which made the whole process stress-free. The selection of black shoes suitable for school was impressive too, with plenty of styles and sizes to choose from. It was easy to find something durable, comfortable, and stylish all in one place. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to other parents!

   Do not shop here. Makes me doubt the originality of the items. Bought a Nike Hoodie for $85. One wash as per the label faded the colour and left patches of original black colour on the item. Took it back to rectify. Shop manager refused to take responsibility that the hoodie was not purchased from there, went on to state the hoodie looks old even though it was receipted 3days ago. Then went on to state that they are just a retailer and I should contact Nike if I have quality issues. I’m sure this goes against the consumer guarantees act and fair trading act.

   This is a tremendous store with great things for your sport needs. However my experience with Stirling Sports St Lukes has been terrible as I went in to return a Jersey I had bought for a friend and I was talked to very rudely by a staff member. He was very rude and seemed like he isnt happy. The only reason I raise this issue is because I myself have worked in customer service for 5 years and I do have the right initiative when dealing with all sorts of customers. I urge the company to properly assess the staff they hire and take into consideration of how they deal with customers as they not only work at an outlet but also represent the company. 3/5 from me cheers
