Pam went above and beyond to support us with a large project—personally visiting our space with a selection of cushions, colour options, and design ideas to help create the most incredible environment. Her communication was exceptional throughout the process, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and support. Every time I visit the store, the staff are consistently warm and helpful. The quality of the pieces we received is amazing, and our team absolutely raves about them. Thank you, Nood—you’re awesome!

   I am soo happy with the customer service at nood northshore. Staff such a Dana are amazing at what they do. Dana had great product knowledge and could answer all my questions. Dana made my research into new furniture a breeze. The other workers they are always professional and busy making the store look great. The store is always full of new products when I come in and the store always looks full and amazing. Would definitely recommend this store and this company to anyone looking at purchasing furniture or even smaller items such as cushions.

   very bad customer service, I bought a couch and also paied for delivery, and a week after bought a small armchair. I asked for it to be delivered to the store so I could pick up myself and not pay extra for delivery. But manager refused to accept and insisted on home delivery. so I did not order from the Albany brach and in a few minutes just asked from another branch by phone , and their staff very respectful ly helped us to buy and pickup from the other store.
