   not too sure, was greeted upon coming through and there were two staff, checking in with us and pretty helpful to a certain extent. but we didn't manage to get enough info off the staff on an ideal baby car seat. as first time parents we were hoping for a better understanding of the options, so probably gonna pop by another store hopefully we find something another time.

   I had such a great experience at Baby Factory Westgate! I was really struggling to decide on a high chair, but the staff were so helpful and gave me clear, honest advice. They made the decision so much easier without any pressure. I left feeling confident I made the right choice. Highly recommend their service, especially if you find it hard to choose between so many options!

   Went in to get a handful of things. Wasn’t acknowledged. The lady working was too focused on carrying her granddaughter around the shop and talking to her son about the 20% discount she could give him before walking past me to go and make a phone call to her team member to see what time they would be in to serve her son as she wasn’t able to use her discount herself. Ended up going to another store and paying more for my items but got amazing service and was acknowledged upon walking into the store

   Lady with pink hair 0 customer service ! Waited at check out for 10-15 mins, no welcome no acknowledgment nothing! Had to leave else would have to wait forver. Busy with bigger sales I guess...

   I had a positive experience with this store and the staff at northwest. Offered the best price in the market for the breast pump i’m after and also hassle free warranty claims when the battery started playing up. The manager, Marilyn, is a very nice lady. Talked me through what i needed to do and got in touch with medela for me and sorted it out in no time. Awesome experience overall.

   Northwest branch had the perfect co-sleeper we were looking for. The lady who served us had a nice chat with us and provided some reassurance for my pregnant daughter. Helped us choose stuff without being pushy and let us use the shop trolley to get the box to the car. 10 out of 10, wish I'd got her name but she knows who she is. Thank you so much

   Every time we shop there, the ladies are more interested in chatting to themselves than helping customers. When I asked for help, they’re never overly helpful either, couldn’t recommend alternative products to ones they didn’t have in stock and felt like they just wanted to go back to their gossip session.

   This store is so convenient and the location is just superb. Staff are are polite and friendly. It's very well equipped and the display and layout is great. Huge variety. Also it's a great value for money especially during the sale season. Definitely a must for people with little ones.
