This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

“Came across the Clearance Centre quite by chance. Went looking for a treadmill (our old one had finally died) and spent a good hour trying out the equipment and asking questions. Did not buy anything and must have appeared to be tire kickers! A few days later went back and bought the machine we were happy with after looking around. A good saving been clearance but has a full warranty. Also bought a Multi Gym (with the money we saved) at the same time. The staff had been great no pressure up to this point. Delivery was made on time and the items installed where we wanted them without fuss. While trying out the equipment by ourselves (we tested them before the guys left) we noticed the Multi Gym was not as smooth as we thought it should be. The manager (I think Steve) was called and he came around the next morning, found the issue and returned later the same day (at the time he said he would) and corrected the mistake. He then checked all the fittings and made a few tweaks. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.”

While I was waiting by my car, another staff just finish loading sth for another customer came over helped me install it and showed me how to do it myself and also told me what needed to be aware of. “I am a massive fan of Valka Yoga products. I purchased my mat about a year ago and it still looks like new. I absolutely LOVE it and I use it everyday. It has such a beautiful energy that I usually leave it out ready for tomorrow, instead of packing it away. It’s inspirational! Also, I highly recommend the copper drink bottles. After about a year of use my husband and I continue to use these everyday and we’re 100,000% satisfied with the quality. They’re truly forever bottles. I have the copper bracelet too, but it’s now a part of me, I forgot about it, so it’s not in the photo. I get a lot of comments because it’s so dainty compared the ugly copper bracelets you see at pharmacies. Finally, EVERYONE needs to buy a yoga belt. These days we spend so much time on devices… I’ve noticed that even teens are looking hunchbacked. I’m hyper flexible so don’t really use it in my yoga routine, but I couldn’t live without it as a posture brace. There are so many YouTube tutorials showing how to use a belt for posture correction/back pain and it’s also my to go to for shoulder stretches. “Surfed at Muriwai surf school on Nov 15th with Myma and Thomas. Had the BEST experience!!! Myma is amazing!!! Very patient with extremely good instruction! We were in a group of 8 and everyone was able to get up ! The location is fantastic and absolutely beautiful. Both Thomas and Myma gave great instructions and kept us all very safe. Even though there were 8 of us it felt like we were in a private lesson. Both Thomas and Myma spent plenty of one on one time with everyone and we all had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!”
