Sometimes there's a wait when it's very busy but buying uniforms isn't a simple process and it's a small store so obviously it won't always be quick, but they are open plenty of hours so can always pop back.”

I came into the store to get a better sense of hiking shoe sizing after buying some Merrells elsewhere and being uncertain if I'd got the correct size. Deidre was incredibly helpful, helped me try on some different sizing and width options to really get a good sense of what worked for my foot. She knew her stuff too so had great tips, despite my not having purchased shoes there. I'm going to be returning my shoes for a different Merrell option that works for foot but wished I had come here first. Deidre, thank you so much! Next time I'll come straight to you.”

“The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. Particularly one staff member, absolutely superhuman, you can tell they've been working there a long time. I love my sketchers~ but I'm reviewing because you better take care of that team!”

It didnt fit well so I asked for a size down. Theresa/Therese I think was her name. She was helpful and accomodating to my request. It was a smooth transaction. In and out of the store for less than 15minutes.”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”

“this store never fails whether you are browsing or a serious buyer the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. i am so delighted with this stores service that i try to remember every employee’s names. Byron Jah and Norman(three names i remember) greet me even when i pass by the store and i witness them doing that for other customers as well. they always show appreciation and Byron, Jah and the girl who always wears a hat always have a smile on their faces that would light up a room while Norman displays a cool authority. visit culture kings in sylvia park if you looking for fashion and vibes that will blow your mind. would rate you 10 out of 5.”

“We went to this uniform shop for our two kids uniform. It was rush time even at 4.30pm, mostly the parents with their children. Almost all sizes and I noticed six schools and colleges uniforms sold there at reasonable price.”
