   Had such an amazing experience on the 15th December, popped in to pick up a pair of shoes and was helped by Everest, she was so so lovely, had such a lovely chat with her. She had such lovely energy to her considering it was a late night about an hour before closing. I hope you make her employee of the year cause she quite literally made my day!!!!

   I’d come in to the store for my first time a few weeks ago and was served by a lovely young man named Byron. He was polite and very patient. The staff were just great when I came in and all of the employees looked well put together. Excellent service culture kings. Thank you for helping me shop for my daughters.

   Big structure of a place inside Spacious ♿ and well stocked with regular releases of new stock arriving and order online. afterpay accepted one of my go to payments Changing rooms available. Helpful staff , They have an inside live DJ dropping beats and tunes as you shop around giving those good vibes. Street, sport,urban wear clothing caps and accessories

   this store never fails whether you are browsing or a serious buyer the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. i am so delighted with this stores service that i try to remember every employee’s names. Byron Jah and Norman(three names i remember) greet me even when i pass by the store and i witness them doing that for other customers as well. they always show appreciation and Byron, Jah and the girl who always wears a hat always have a smile on their faces that would light up a room while Norman displays a cool authority. visit culture kings in sylvia park if you looking for fashion and vibes that will blow your mind. would rate you 10 out of 5.

   this probably has to be one of the coolest shop i've ever been in! didn't have what i went there for, but had a huge selection of items. if your looking for baseball caps, this is definitely the place to go! the only thing i think they could improve is their website, having the option to be able to check which store locations an item is available in would be good.

   My 17 y.o son and I visited for the first time today to select some shoes for him and were assisted by a wonderful sales consultant called Geo. She made us feel welcome (as did the other staff members) and assisted us with selecting shoes for my son. Not all the shoes were available as they keep others in the back room so we were taken to a private room to try the shoes on. My son is autistic so the private room we were taken too helped to block out the DJ music outside which can be overstimulating, this was a huge help with him being able to focus on selecting the shoes he wanted. I acknowledged her for taking us to the room and explained to her my son’s autism - she was very understanding and continued to ensure that he was settled and comfortable with the environment we were in. She went above and beyond, getting multiple different styles of shoes and a few different sizes so that we could see what we wanted, I’m talking about 8-9 boxes of shoes here - we were provided with a good variety of shoes to have a look at and choose from. Before we were about to leave the room, she immediately offered to go and speak to the DJ to lower the volume of the music so we could go to the counter outside. My son has coping mechanisms to deal with loud noise and I said thank you for the kind gesture but that it was no problem at all and he would be fine to go outside with the music volume as is. From start to finish we had an amazing customer experience, it is not often you find stores with staff that go above and beyond. It was great to see inclusion and diversity being effected at the store, it goes to show that staff are a lot more understanding and are happy to cater to your needs if the respect is mutual between the customer and the staff as we had experienced at Culture Kings today. I am most grateful for the service we received as was my son, thanks Culture Kings Sylvia Park and thank you Geo for your awesome service.

   OH MY GOSH. Without doubt THE most amazing shop I have ever seen or been into. I would expect to see it in the high streets of LA. The staff are friendly as and as an older fart in there they didn't judge me at all. A live DJ plays from above the checkout and massive videos playing on the walls. Just absolutely stunning place. A real experience. Shopping at a whole different level. Hugely recommended even if just for a visit. I'll be there every time we go to Sylvia Park when up in Auckland. Big shout out to all the staff that make this an experience never to be forgotten. An absolute asset to Sylvia Park. WOW.

   Such an amazing store, was there on the day of the grand opening and had such a great time. Met Jimi Jackson and played the dragon punch game and basketball sharpshooter. The whole thing was sick! Made friends with some of the staff and they were super nice! Easily worth all the hype and it's the best clothing store in New Zealand. The DJ was great, and tunes they blasted were bangers. Thanks for the awesome experience! Will be coming back soon.
