   Won’t give one star if I could. The Chinese lady staff is untrained and rude. They refuse to do return because I bought from another store. At Icebreaker website clearly said can return to any store. Very disappointed, not suggest anyone buy from here. This complaint is for Icebreaker Manawa Bay

   Nice shop and I wanted to buy a couple of underlay shirts but the staff member who I approached for assistance was hopeless and that is an understatement - she didn’t know the products, couldn’t advise on warmth and was basically disinterested. She also told me that they had no 200 tee shirts but I found a rack of them in the shop.

   Nice shop, neat, tidy, well laid out, and a good range of products. It looks like a very welcoming place to stop and have a browse but don't expect to be served in a hurry. On the day I was there all the staff looked like they were very busy trying to look busy. Don't let this deter you from buying anything as the products are very good, just don't forget you have a plane to catch.
