   Terrible experience!! Was appalled when I was served by a young girl called Arya was dismissive and rude. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Did not say thanks and, when I mentioned I didn’t need to try my purchase on she replied with “I know”. I am a regular customer at this store but now would much rather shop somewhere else which is very disappointing.

   Genuinely impressed with the in house Stylerunner products- the cotton feels nice and designs are creative. Packaged well and arrived in a cute bag saying „I’m not trash, my friend“. Surprised at the reviews at the service as I have always found the girls who worked there friendly.

   Came here Saturday. Reasonably busy and was given good attention to try on some shoes - helped us check two sizes. They didn't have the size my partner wanted so we asked if they had it in another store. They checked online for us and said they didn't. We really wanted it so asked if they were getting any stock etc. Firmly told that not available in our size. We purchased it online later on - it was indeed available on the website. Unsure what happened there but I suspect an online system error or laziness from the staff. Kind of pissed me off going to all that effort just to end up getting it online. Girlfriend is happy with the shoes and they arrived today. Cheers

   Beautiful store. Heaps of choices. Glad they had the ones I have been looking for. I wasn't sure about my size so I asked for my usual. However when I tried them on. It didnt fit well so I asked for a size down. Theresa/Therese I think was her name. She was helpful and accomodating to my request. It was a smooth transaction. In and out of the store for less than 15minutes.

   If you actually want what you purchased then don’t waste your time with this store. Not one, not two, but THREE of my online orders have been cancelled and refunded because they didn’t have the stock they advertised on their website. What’s more, is that with every failed order, they give you a 10% discount code for your next order, except the codes don’t actually work. Reached out to customer support about the failed orders and the invalid codes they issued and they just apologised for not having stock. Completely useless all around. If I could give zero stars I would.

   tad disappointed. Placed an order. have heard nothing. they refunded me for some shoes yet they show they are still available. Sent multiple messages. still nothing. No items from my order have been dispatched either. Wont even reply to me regarding if the shoes are available or not. Contacted them Friday its now Wednesday
