   Went there today (Boxing Day) to buy stuff. I thought there was 10% off but it's only for clothing. When I checked the receipt there wasn't any discount for the kid shirt I bought so I went to the old lady in the register and said I did not receive any 10% off. She didnt evem apologise and just said she will give me $4 cash from her own money. She managed to find $1.50 and told me she can give the rest when I come back. I felt like we were beggars waiting for some money so I told her nevermind I will not take any of her money. First, why is it not automatic for the discount to appear during checkout? Second, the old lady didn't even acknowledge it and nor even apologetic? Third, why does she have to get it from her money like making me feel bad about it? Well, I paid $135 for my purchases today, wasn't really happy about it, my husband said I should have just returned everything. That old lady needs customer service training.

   One of the best swim suit shopping experiences ever. An older female staff member went above and beyond to help me find the perfect swimsuit for my body; which can be a difficult task. She understood the mission and was so friendly, kept price in mind and even stayed open a little later than usual. She had great recommendations and made me feel very comfortable in my skin, which is not always the experience when looking for togs. 1000% will come back.

   Outside of her shop she has all the dresses on display signs and all showing open.. The moment my cook island husband walked in she told him her shop is closed and Couriers only, I am white and she looked at me worried.. Racism at its finest little does she know as businesses owners we can absolutely afford anything in that shop that we want.. And we will never come back agen terrible customer service
