All I asked for was a simple question, does this cookware work on ceramic stove top? but several hours later no reply. Tried calling the 0800 and no reply, finally got someone who tried making excuses for not replying to my simple email question. Experts in driving away potential customers!

Faulty heater glass tube discolouration Heater is not good quality as they say on TV They wonβt replace it and I cannot send it for repairs as we need the heater due to my partners condition Dear Trevor, Thank you for your reply and for explaining your situation. Iβve been waiting for my refund! The tracking number says itβs already in the Warehouse! Iβm returning ALL the products I ordered because they have taken this long to refund me! Itβs been nearly 3 weeks! I have called in twice, and they tell me itβs not in the Warehouse! Even though I give them evidence of the tracking number! They are fast to take the $ but so slow to refund! Iβm so annoyed and frustrated! If I donβt get the refund by this week! Iβm going to drive to the TV Shop and dump the products and get my refund. I will get the police involved too Iβm coming from Pukekohe So Angry!! No escalation! No Manager First and last time Iβm EVER using TV Shop!!! New emails attached! 25/07/2025 Iβve called in today 5 times. Hang up Have you blocked my mobile! Iβm waiting on the refund for the 1x Tevo Heater, Stand and Warranty I got no email confirmation that the warehouse has received it, and about the refund If no one calls me today about this. Iβm going to drive out next week Monday to both locations and it wonβt be good. You know why. Also wasting my time and petrol My patience and understanding is gone out the window I will edit my review, it will be bad and I will complain and post it on Facebook Take ownership. Make things right, be fair and reasonable. Everyone has to make a living. Your business shouldnβt be greedy 28/07/25 Whatβs the update? No Manager has rang me. This needs to be sorted out. Stay away! Disgusting treatment and breaks the law by not abiding by the Consumer Guarantee Act. Extremely difficult to deal with. Will be taking to Dispute Tribunal, Reporting to Commerce Commission & publicizing the treatment we have received! They have been prosecuted twice and be fined for breach of the CGA. Commerce Commission has another case against them on 13 counts. None of this matters to this company as they continue to break the law!

We purchased 2x TEVO Plus Heaters, and 2x Full Stands. The quality of the product was extremely disappointing, it didn't come close to what you are lead to believe when watching the TV advertisement. The quality of the product pale in comparison to the complete lack of customer service when we started the frustrating process of arranging the return the product. I would give the TV Shop zero stars for product quality and customer service, but I couldn't post this review without selecting one star.

Be carefull from this dodgy Company. One thing I know nobody ask you your credit card details over the phone. CSR told me that's how they are operating from last 20 years. Good luck. Not anymore. People are aware now. If I knew that is the process I wouldn't have wasted my time over the phone.

Did spend $450 on a drill set (2021)which was supposed to be the best and last forever, not either, bad quality, not of a engineering standard, was a nightmare getting a refund , cut off multiple times on phone, not answering, arguing with me, it cost me to return it, Here we are 18 04 2023 trying to get a replacement for a failed heater, ( for an elderly person/relation) , the most difficult company i have ever dealt with, passed from one consultant? to another, cut off again, hours on the phone, so far no result, ( i have to give 1 star or it not let me post) I will keep this short - DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I spent over $6,000 on fitness equipment and TV shop offered me a 12 month subscription to the fitness software that came with the equipment. I accepted the offer but my card was charged $250 for the 12mths. I queried this with TV shop who told me I would receive the following 12months free. 12 months later I was charged another $249. I emailed TV shop who told me to contact the fitness equipment company directly, they gave me an email address. I emailed 3 times, no reply. I contacted TV shop for help and suddenly the staff in the overseas call center don't understand and / or can't help me. TV shop should stand behind an offer if they recommend it to customers. Since they distribute this product at the very least they could email the company themselves on my behalf asking for assistance. I don't recommend them not will I ever use them again

I ordered a replacement charger for a TurboScrub and paid by direct debit. They told me it would arrive within 10 days. It didn't so I called them and was told they were no longer in stock and they would refund me. They didn't. Since then, I have had two calls with a very noisy background and a barely intelligible voice asking for my bank details As if! Will never shop with this company again and I see that I'm not the only one. I'd rather take the $20 loss than give my details to some dubious caller.
