   Surprised at the poor feedback for this store,..maybe they have new staff now? Shopped here on Thursday 20th November. As soon as I walked in the bubbly retail assistant gave a warm greeting, she was super lovely and very helpful. I am thrilled with everything I brought. Just wish you had a store in Napier !

   I haven't officially visited this store but did make two online purchases. After failing to try the track pants on, I located the closest store to me and called to ask If I could Exchange for a size smaller, The Rep was fantastic over the phone and very helpful, after trying the Track pants on ,I did Indeed fit them lol. All in all I would definitely recommend the Seamless Chaffe free Gym Leggings and will purchase more in future. Thank you. Great products and very happy to use Lorna Jayne

   I had the most lovely shopping experience on Sunday at this store. Courtney and Lucy couldn't have been more helpful. When Courtney asked if she could help me I said yes please. I was looking at joining bowls and needed clothes that would be comfortable and not too tight. She jumped right in and so enthusiastically. She found clothes that would work for bowls but also looked good. Lucy's gorgeous smile and helpful comments was the icing on the cake! What two terrific staff members Lorna Jane have in these girls.    I am disappointed as I have tried to return a top I purchased online as I thought it would be a lovely and comfortable. Turns out it is see through and does not look good on as you would have to wear something underneath. I love this brand and I have purchased many items off Lorna Jane. I went into the store to return the item but because it was a sale item they could only exchange it. I just brought it last week and have lost the tag attached to the item. I know they can’t do anything with the tag being lost but I’m sure they do something as it’s never been worn and is brand new. Was really hard for me to come out as I have just had a baby. I wish they could do something about it as I can’t wear the top. It is unacceptable and a waste of money.
