Communication with Lionfit has been well below par. I’ve had no response from anyone in regards to my order for a while now. Very disappointing!
Still waiting on orders my partner purchased in June. We received an email in Aug saying there was gonna be a 10-14 day delay because they weren’t happy with the quality. Didn’t hear anything after that so Called them in Nov & they said they were waiting on the last box to be shipped which was due to arrive the following day so orders were going to be shipped out within the week. Nothing was sent so called again & they gave same excuse. It’s now almost Xmas & we haven’t received anything. First time ordering with these guys & it has been the worst experience ever.
Thank you Director of Lion Fit Im very excited with quality of clothing and service. Prices are better than other competitors. Would like to shout out to those waiting patiently. Flooding in Pakistan, Imports at high peaks stand still due to covid 19. Don't get me started on prices of shipments. Will NZ bounce back to normality. Probably not, but let's hope so. Let's get behind our local businesses And help with a bit of humility. We are all human beings. Stay safe NZ
