“I came in for a last minute purchase before an event and was feeling rather stressed and the lovely lovely sales assistant was so kind she complimented me on my dress which made my whole week as I wasnt feeling the most confident and her overall customer service skills were top knotch everyone else working there seemed to avoid customers and not want to be there she deserves a pay rise or some recognition this will be my preffered store from now! While other staff at Kmart Sylvia were unwilling to help or put in any effort, Samantha took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my situation. Even though I didn’t have my receipt, she patiently searched for it and made sure I was looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way made such a big difference. “I had a lovely experience at Cornwell Park Cafe! The coffee was rich and smooth, brewed perfectly – just the right balance of strength and flavor to start the day. I also tried their avocado toast with bread, and it was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. The avocado was creamy and well-seasoned, sitting on nicely toasted bread that had a great crunch. The presentation was simple yet inviting, and the overall vibe of the cafe was cozy and relaxed. A great spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast or catch up with a friend. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!”

“My son loves going to Active Explorer Central Park! Educators are very kind and caring, regular updates with photos and daily updates on children's activity book have built my confidence in this centre and trust pretty quickly. My son asks me every day to take him there, he has so much fun! He surprises me with new social skills every time and has made lovely bunch of little friends that make a party every time they see him come. When I drop him off he doesn't even want to waive good bye and when I pick him he wants to stay around!”

“We would like to thank one of the doctors at this clinic Dr Ravi Naran for his incredible support and medical expertise demonstrated during an incident that took place at a recent football match. His quick thinking, calmness and obvious medical ability helped save a player who suffered a heart attack during the game. He provided leadership, direction and clear instruction to the group providing life saving first aid, and ultimately through his direct actions saved the life of our player. An amazing professional, and without his quick reactions the situation would have been completely different. Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to be patients at his clinic, but have no doubt he would be an amazing GP and someone who will undoubtedly be a great doctor for those in his district.”

“A cool little childcare centre. Because it’s smaller it feels more like family. The teachers are great and work really well as a team to give great care and communication about what’s happening. We really like the fact that the outdoor spaces are big and have real grass growing rather than artificial.”

“Spacious, Centrally Located Suites with Excellent Staff – A Pleasant Stay. We stayed at Swiss-Belsuites Auckland in the Swiss Super Suite (2-bedroom), and overall it was a very good experience. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were very clean. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Auckland, with cafes, restaurants, and key attractions nearby. The atmosphere of the property was welcoming and relaxed, which added to the comfort of our stay. One drawback was the heating setup — there was only one fixed heater in the living room, and no heaters in the bedrooms. However, upon request, the staff quickly provided two portable heaters, which helped. We also noticed a stain on one of the bedsheets, which could be improved. A big highlight of the stay was the exceptional front desk staff — each and every one of them was warm, helpful, and professional, which really stood out. Overall, a comfortable and centrally located stay with great service. Would definitely recommend.”
