I’ve visited this Repco twice and unfortunately the customer service has been disappointing. I interacted with three staff in total only one was genuinely friendly and helpful, while the others came across as rude and uninterested.
Unsatisfactory customer service. Staff training in customer respect and service understanding is recommended. Unprofessional staff ( wiku)
Went to Repco Highland Park yesterday to find out how to change transmission fluid and a bit more on the type best suited to my vehicle.A biggish sort of guy was who I dealt with ...A yes no sort of character that does just the bare minimum and im being kind with that...I explained why I was there etc.As my vehicle was just outside i asked him politely if he could possibly show me were to put the trasmition fluid and to what level to his responce "NO"...now it wasn't busy at all and he was working with a younger guy.Ive been to a few supercheaps and Repcos in the past and all very helpful but this guy was the exact opposite...Standing there in awkward silence I just responded with "okay no worries" gave a thumbs up and as I walked out he said said something else that I couldn't understand...Got into my car and he seemed to be looking out at me with a bug smile on his face.All I can say is this guy has shocking customer service and Repco Highland Park should reajust his position and keep him out the back and away from customers.The worst I've had yet.One stars being over generous.It would have taken a couple of minutes max to assist me and show me were to put the fluid in but unfortunately a rude bad lazy attitude stopped him.
yes they sell car parts, some stuff u gotta order in but for car detailing they have quite a bit of stuff great buy during clearances or sales otherwise supercheap tends to be cheaper. The manager knows his stuff so if u guys got any question hes the guy to ask.
The shop is fine itself, the staff dont seem to bothered about customers when coming in.
Needed new brake lights only I didn't know which ones were the brake lights haha I think his name was Paul? He was super helpful and I managed to walk out with the right bulbs after going in with my tail and indicator light bulbs lol he even fitted 1 brake light to make sure.Really appreciated his service today for someone like me who has zero knowledge of these things lol
I went in to buy brake pads. Told the staff I wasn’t sure what ones to get and they both started laughing and making comments that made me feel uncomfortable and stupid, I feel as though it was just because I am a girl that didn’t know what to buy, where all I wanted was their knowledge. Won’t go back. Please learn to treat every customer equally. Thanks x
This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Went in this morning, was not greeted. I had a browse in the shop and then proceeded to the counter as I needed some help. The female at the counter them made a call and the male said to me " just one second " He then made a call and was talking to a customer or colleague at another branch. The call finished and he then continued to write down some stuff that seemed like it would never end. All this time I was still waiting at the continue. I then walked away and went back to the oils and still no acknowledgement. I then walked out and told them that their service was pathetic. I then drove 10 minutes to Botany to get some good customer service at Super Cheap. Will never come back to that store again
