We visited the Converse Sylvia Park stores last weekend. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I want to specifically thank Bella for her outstanding customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all my questions, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Amazingly helpful team. Helped buy, embroider and ship our custom shoes because our local store doesn't have the customisation options Couldn't recommend enough. I will definitely be back!

Visited this store twice in roughly 3 hours. First time 2 staff members, both were friendly, helpful and patient, second time there was a new staff member who was a little less patient, not as helpful, left to go serve other customers mid fitting. Overall, not a bad experience, there is room for improvement.
